Omelos Conversion

Here's my version of a Omelos. Still needs a little touching up as i've changed the paint scheme a couple of times. Went Scorpion green at first but that sucked & had orange instead of red as well. Next time i post pics i'll finish them properly.
Want to convert a lot of my Dilgar fleet.
Hate the Rohric, Kahtrick, Wahant & Jashakar models.
Might make them variations of the Tikrit, Targath & Ochlaviata models.
Maybe the Jashakar i could get away with adding fins & spines.

thats nicely done. I like were you have put the canon, it looks alot better there than hanging off the side of the model.

I put the cannon there because my Omelos come minus their turrets. kept forgeting to get replacements sent.
With my other Dilgar ships like Rohric, I kinda want to use pieces of the Garaosh, Tikirit models to have a hybrid models. Even been thinking using the back part of Targath model but hate cut a perfectly good model in half espicially when it looks allright. Least with Garaosh & Tikirit models you can buy the pieces. Another thought was to get Fleet Action?? (the smaller version) Mankaht if they exist for Rohric
One thing i was amazed about with the photo was how it showed the missed bits of paint so well. Then what was i thinking with using Scorpion Green. Doesn't look that bad at a glance.
