OGL Horror License agreement?

Just out of curiousity, will this have a thing like the OGL Cyberlink did?

I ask because the B13 people have gotten shy about released B13 d20, out of paranoid fears that the WOTC stores closing means that WOTC is about to ditch d20 and the d20 license.

OGL Horror might be a good fit, instead. If possible

Horror has the same licence agreement as Cybernet, to the best of my knowledge.
