LOL. We've toyed with the idea of hanging a punching bag in the corner just to relieve stress. Some of us are armed and so have a rather relaxed nature (got to!), and some of us aren't. Being able to walk to the corner, taping a picture of your favorite ship to hate onto the bag and having a whack or two at it may be just the bit of medicine necessary.

I have done both, once I set myself up to fire on an opening JP, forgetting nothing would come out till next turn, I had a whole round of not being able to fire at anything that time.
