Noob with a question on Shadow flights

Hi everyone

Just wondering, in the Fleet ops book it states that a shadow vessel can fire up to 6 flights of fighters from its tube. But when I check the young shadow ship, it states that it only has 2 flights onboard.

Does this mean it gains an additional 6 if it uses the tube to fire?

No it means that you can fire "up to" 6 flights.. if your ship only has 2 then thats it.
The Ancient one has 6 flights.

Cheers for that, I got a little confused when it said up to for a shadow ship. Well there goes my swarming ideas

dont forget you cant fire after you have shot your fighters
