Are the game engines for Noble Armada, Star Fleet, and B5 compatible? ie can I pit a Noble Armada Fleet against the Federation or a B5 fleet using the same game system?

They are very similar in basic mechanics, but you will need to make adjustments to play them against each other. Noble Armada and B5 are closer that Star Fleet.

Biggest differences are the critical system, lack of crew in NA/SF and in SF how movement and turning is handled. Also NA's shield system would need some figuring out.
