I think the headline is a bit off - with 110 passengers it's a small liner and not a yacht. To me yachts are personal playthings and, depending on the size, you can invite a few or a lots of friends. Some notable exceptions are the 'yachts' used to transport ruling dignitaries like the king/queen of England.
Tickets for the inaugural 70-day trip start at 32k GBP, and go up to 110k GBP for the suites. The crew to passenger ratio is supposed to be 1 for 1, but I suspect that includes ALL crew and not just those who are supposed to be taking care of guests. Still, that would make sense.
