new races

is there someone here that has rules on the Hyach, Cascor, Grome or some of the smaller races?
i know that they may not be done but if there is someone that has them. or if there is something that can make them???? also if someone has ship cards or sheets i will like that. if someone can help that will be nice.

Some people "may" have done them, some fleet lists were done for the descari, corinth and a couple of others in a fan production.

is there a way to make new ships. or take them from B5 or Fleet Action i only started the game and love it. but will like to have all my ships.

but both are done by a bit of patience, and some creativity. their is no hard fast rule for either.

There is no hard and fast rule for making ships. There is a lot of comparison to similar ships at the same PL, comparison to ships of the PL above and below, and playtesting. Debate, tweak, and repeat the process. Rinse and repeat.
