New Hyperions - Construction

To anyone who has one of these - does it come as a single lump, or kit of parts?

Particularly the main thrusters and the small (SPB, Anti Fighter, whatever) turrets on top of and underneath the standard cruiser version.

No separate parts are listed on the Online Shop.

It is a single piece ship with the engines cones bieng seperate as well as a bit or two to add, depending on which one you get. Got mine yesterday, but just looked at them, haven't built them yet.

ugh lol I hate attaching those thrusters Iv only put them on 1 of my 3 old style hyps and I think Iv managed to loose the other 6 cones LOL

Use Zap-A-Gap & Zip-Kicker, I would not have survived without them.

Bubba Ho-Tep is quite correct. Those two items are always at my elbow. Heck they might even be glued to my elbow, hee hee. :wink:

Seriously, here's an additional tip. Spray one metal part with Zip Kicker. Apply the CA glue to the other piece, then fit together. In a matter of maybe 2-3 seconds the bond is cured enough to let go. You can then move to the next assembly stage.

and for a stronger bond greenstuff and a pin
