New Gloranthan Culture?

So I was thinking about the various cultures presented in GSA yesterday evening, and just started writing a few sentences on the bookmark I use. It goes like this:

"Because Woman brings life to this world, She must also kill."
"Because She nourishes the infant, She must leave to let the infant grow to the world."
"Because Man is strong, He must support and sustain the Household."
"Because He does not bring life to this Earth, He is indebted to Her and must work at her Womb."

It's like the basis of society where Women go out and fight and the Men tend to the needs of the children and house.

I was wondering: do you think it would be cool to develop that idea? I could build something around this and propose it for Signs & Portents, for instance?

Sure, sounds like you've got the basics of somethign interesting and fun. When I read it, I just naturaly though "Pamaltela". It's a huge continent, and relatively undocumented compared to Genertela. There is plenty of scope for small lost civilizations, especialy round the jungles on the north-east coast.

Yes, I was thinking about Pamaltela afterwards. I could develop the idea with the model of GSA, with an "average" member of a clan speaking about their culture, I think.

Some guidelines meant as means to use that culture in a context different from Glorantha's could be interesting as well.
