...my only grudge at the beginning was, if Conan up the hp of each Class, I think they should have up the hp to 1D6 for Commoner, make them abit more dangerous...

You must be referring to upping the Commoner from standard 3.5 D&D, because in AD&D 2E and before, the Commoner didn't even have levels. He got 1 HD (usually a d6) worth of hit points, and that was it.
