New Block War Revision

Just noticed this in the rules for the Manta, not sure how long it's been there:

If one or two sensor operators are present, it suffers a –1 or –2 penalty to all shooting attacks respectively.

If taken literally, this means that the Manta has a -1 penalty if one operator is present and a -2 penalty if two are present. In other words, it gets less accurate with more sensor operators. Surely this needs rewording.

Is there a reason why Fergee only has 3 hits, when a level 3 hero would normally have 4?

Sometimes. Sometimes Matt just saves up the comments and answers them in the next revision of the rules (which is primarily why I'm posting them). And sometimes we don't get anything.
