Ok, I finally got around to cleaning up my Excel tools and posting them to Mediafire. I would like to thank those who were interested in my attack simulator. Thanks to the comments, I have made some changes to clean it up a bit.
Both of these tools require Excel to use. I highly doubt they will work at all under OpenOffice, since there is a lot of Visual Basic code.

Please try out the tools and see what you think. My girlfriend and I use them when we play. As I said before, I have to use the Hit Calculator to reassure myself that White Stars can actually hit Shadow Scouts (I had gone 3 games in a row and only done a total of 5 damage to her shadows, it was a terrible day). The Calculator also helps me understand different weapon systems like a 10AD TL weapon vs a 14AD weapon.
Hopefully some of you enjoy using the tools and daydreaming about games as much as I enjoyed making them.

Attack Simulator Description and Link:
The Attack simulator is used to simulate one weapon system attacking a target. Enter the information for the weapon system (yellow fields) and the target (blue fields), then Calculate the results of 1,000 simulations. The calculation will be much faster if you turn OFF auto calculation in Excel.
There are separate tabs for Beam weapons and Non-Beam weapons, since they operate differently.
Once you have the desired results, you can commit them to the comparrison sheet with either Paste 1 or Paste 2. For now, you can only compare 2 weapons.
The percentages and charts show the chance of doing more damage than listed. In the example saved into the sheet, the Z'Takk has a 100% chance to do more than 8 damage to an Octurion.

Campaign Designer Description and Link:
The Campaign Designer is used to quickly and clearly set up a campaign and track the RR accumulation throughout the game. For now, it can only handle campaigns up to 6 players. It does make a nicely formatted sheet, complete with game-relevant descriptions.
Simply Enter the number of players on the Preview tab and click the "ReRoll Campaign" button until you are satisfied with the number and type of targets, number of RR or your finger gets tired. Once you have what you like, click the "Commit to Campaign" button and the results will be sent to the Campaign tab.
On the Campaign Tab, you can track who owns each target at the end of every turn. When you enter the Turn Number and click the "Commit End of Turn Points" it will calculate the RR that each player controls at the end of the turn and send that to the Player RR tab.
On the Player RR tab you can see the accumulation of wealth across the turns. You may also want to add or subtract the RR earned or lost during the turn on the second table. The third table simply adds the two together so they display nicely on the Net Worth graph.
Final note: Many typos are mine, but the ones in the Description of the system are due to the strange way text coppied out of my PDF.
