NA Li-Halan versus Al Malik

I haven't played much Noble Armada, haven't tried Li Halan at all, and only played against Al Malik once. But in the absence of any better answers (and in the hope of provoking someone into posting one 
)...
Al Malik's weapons are all slow. Laugh at your opponent's shields, your weapons ignore them. Make good use of your stealth ships - the Matachin is cheaper, the Wraith has more firepower, both have 12 troops. That's more than Li-Halan has on any comparably priced ship, and you can have a couple of them gang up to board something bigger. (I was playing Hazat so I wasn't too bothered about Al Malik's boarders. :twisted
Or keep your distance, take pot shots at him with the Wraith, and hope he doesn't get lucky on his stealth rolls...

Spammers sometimes post messages with text copied from an earlier post, but this one did not seem to have done that. However, I didn't search other forum threads, so I didn't spot the copied text this time.
