I'm surprised this hasn't been asked before:

I get that smaller ships get dragged along with the larger ship, but the use of the term "move" is vague.

Like, can the smaller ship still make turns? Can the larger ship make turns? If the larger ship can turn, does the smaller ship stay in the same arc?

So, presumably - the larger ship takes it's movement as normal (with the restrictions of towing a smaller vessel), then you place the smaller vessel in the same arc and distance from the towing ship that it was in at the beginning of the movement?
