My Shadowstar along with a few other ships (Lots of Pics)

Here is what I did, I cut off parts of the whitestar's bridge winglets and then replaced it with part from the Fleet Action Shadow Ship and then the long spiky leg parts from the Shadow Scout to give the Shadowstar that Shadow feel to it.

Still debating it myself. I wanted to do something similar for a Drazi-hybird thing a while back. It just doesn't seem to depart enough from the Whitestar for me... Maybe mold some forward spines into the fins on back so it looks less Minbari...hmm...

It's a little hazy, but if that Shadowstar image is what I think it's of ...

... that thing's SWEET. It'd buy that figure for a fleet in a stone cold instant. My Drakh now crave such a unit.

But alas, I know I will be denied. I will begin sulking now.

The Nolo'tar I did with an overcoat of bleached bone with and did the parts Dark angels green and finally I did some watered down black ink.

I also tried the watered down black ink on my Pak Ships and it came off with a really sweet down and dirty look.

well LBH has loads that are unpainted and probably un-made but trying to get a model from LBH is harder than getting blood from a stone!

Nice ships

Use macro mode, one of those small tripods that come free with most things and timer mode on the camera for a much better picture, with no blur or camera wobble.

Thanks for letting us know, I'll probaly try someyhing similar when I get one (and have got round to painting the ships I've made )
