Here's a suggestion.
1. If you contact me and I don't reply within, oh, say, minutes, try again by a different avenue before getting upset that I don't answer my mail.
2. If you want a busy publishing company owner (or me, for that matter) to take time out of his schedule to help you out, for no gain to himself or his company, then it might be worth trying to make it easy. For example, be clear what you want. Having to figure out what you want, then spending the time helping you, takes up time that could be spent doing stuff that actually make money for the company.
3. I react badly to public criticism. I bet others do too. So before you tell the world that you're upset with the lack of a response, consider which you want more: the empathy of your audience out there in forumland or whatever you wanted to ask for in the first place.
