Mutant powers?

I've just got the box and had a quick flick through but although I can see the secret societies but I remember in the old rules I remember everyone having a mutant power......I can't seem to find anything on mutant powers in the new rules....is there any?

Read 31page on Gamemasters Handbook.
And there are mutant cards under the secret society cards.
