MRQ: Create (Vampire)...?

Hey, hey Rule-guys,

Create (Vampire) is listed among the "Special Approved" sorcery spells for a certain sorcery order on page 59 of Cults of Glorantha Volume 2 (I don't wanna name the order cuz that could be a spoiler) but there is no description or rules for the spell in this (or any other) MRQ book that I can find. :shock:

So, is there an actual Create (Vampire) spell for MRQ, or do I have to fabricate one myself? :?

If it’s the latter, do you have any suggestions (amount of POW expended, etc)?
