More Space News! Odysseus Has Landed

As I understand it, and I could be wrong, Interactive Mechanics' lunar probe Odysseus is part of the private industry portion of the ARTEMIS project to put a man on the Moon as a stepping stone to a landing on Mars before 2050.
Odysseus [aka Odie] landed successfully on the Lunar surface today.

I'll keep posting interesting real-space bits if people are interested.
I'll also make a greater effort to look into efforts other than NASA /American. Being an American, NASA gets my attention first, but I'll put the work in to be more even-handed.
For example, Japan's JAXA agency had news of it's moon probe just about a month ago:
