Minor comment on Career Summary Table

Page 19--The fifth column is labelled "Promotion", but in all the career sections, that activity is called "Advancement". Minor, but still could be confusing.

Career pages should mention whether or not switching sub-careers is allowed, as it varies by career.

I agree that it would be good to state if the qual is needed or not in each careers assignments section, where the different assignments are described.
