Mine and asteroid/debris fields

I am just watching some Ashoka and I really like the mine and debris field she has to fly through. Are there rules how to handle this?

It is so situational. Relative velocity with your ship and composition of the debris make the difference between it going plink or shooting straight through your hull. In interplanetary space, the chances of running into anything is tiny, but in orbital space in certain situations it will be substantial. But in orbital space objects will be going a lot less fast, unless they are passing through - this might actually be the best way to stop relativistic planet killer weapons - if you can throw a debris field it its path. Of course you have to know it is coming to do that. Some guidance in the rules might be nice, but it is going to take a lot of interpretation.
