[Milkyfish Press]A vision of the future

Mytholder

Banded Mongoose
Milkyfish Press will be producing pdf Traveller supplements later this year. We intend to produce campaign toolkits - not quite setting sourcebooks, not quite adventures, but a mix of the two designed to get an exciting campaign up and running.

Over at Milkyfish.com, there's a poll to decide on our first release. Vote for your favourite, or contact us by email for more details!

I did not vote, because none of the three would fit into my setting, but
I really wish you good luck and success with Milkyfish. :D

From what I read of the descriptions, the supplements/adventurers you are writing do not appear to be for Traveller, but maybe they are adventures that are to be run with the Traveller rules?

Agreed. I would prefer to see more source material for Traveller. Particularly a "media" style download Let's call it "Imperium Today" or "Newsmonth" It wouldnt hurt to do a Who's who of the 3rd Imperium either.

Its worth noting that MFP is not Mongoose. Mytholder cannot do 3rd Imperium material any more than anyone else can if they have not signed the Foreven license (and then he is limited only to the Foreven sector). Despite his past connections, he is in the same boat as myself and Spica and others. We each are making our own way and Mytholder is making his.

What JBE said. If there's more demand for Imperium-centric stuff, I'll look into doing something with Foreven, but right now I want to stretch the game in other directions.

Looking good!

I voted for The Basileus of the Stars but the other two look like good  ! adventures.

While I hope the first would make for a good setting, if it has some good bits usable outside of said setting I'd be even more inclined to it.

As the other posters have said - the Milkyfish books are for Traveller - they are not for the licensed Third Imperium setting.

Welcome to the club, Mytholder! we third party guys need new blood to keep us on our toes! 8)

Anomaly One seems, from the summary given, to be similar to the Rama series. That series would be worth developing for Traveller in its own right, but doing your own vaguely similar thing has most of the benefits of doing Rama without the licence entanglements.
