MI Snipers

Does anyone use them as individual units (not in squads) when fighting the Bugs? I can see the usefulness against the Skinnies, but I'm not sure they are the most effective units against the Bugs.

scratch that. I missed they had accurate, for some reason I got twisted around and confused it with the Sniper trait and their Prioritize Targets ability and thought they got a reroll on a specific target only. The +1 per size of the target makes a massive difference.

I've thought that the Sniper Rifle ought to shoot a D8 ... enough to reliably Kill those Warriors and Hoppers ... also has the effect of cutting Out of Ammo ... all together resulting in what I think is more like the film

Pathfinder snipers with bugshot long rounds are quite nice indeed... little pricey, but nice.

Well, see, that's a problem for me, sniper rifles with grenade launchers seems a contradiction - it's one of the little things that bug me.

The Morita sniper rifle from the movie isn't much different than a standard except it slaps a scope on top though. I'd like to see a version of the video game that has a scoped Morita and a separate "Rail Gun" version for a true sniper rifle.
