MGT Combat Flowchart revised to version 4e

Just a heads-up that I finally updated my MGT Combat Flowchart (version 4e) after some self-evaluation from using it at the Mongoose Living Campaigns Open Day.

I'm afraid it's become a bit denser, but it's a real challenge to cram as much as possible into a flowchart shorthand.

You can obtain it from either the AIDS-GM or AIDS-PLAYER files sections of the MGT-Aids Yahoo site (you have to join the Yahoo group in order to access the file store);

Thanks for that. I had a bit of a battle with Yahoo! but I got your file in the end.

When I get to grips with a DTP (Scribus, anyone?) I'll consider submitting my "Tell Me Abouts", designed for use when concentrating on the scenario and not the rules.

Sorry you needed a wrestling match to get into the group. Unfortunately we were hit with enough spammers that, as a community the list agreed to have new 'join' requests screened.

It has worked well, we've stopped every spammer that has tried to get through, the only ones left are the occasional one who joined before we started screening, when they've decided to rear their ugly head. (just yesterday -aug 17th, someone who's message didn't seem kosher tried spamming the list and was caught before it went out.)

Because of spammers, and with a general consensus, you have to 'apply' to join the list. It's easy, just say something about why you want on the list and BAM! you're approved (requests are batch-approeved every few days). Say nothing, or say something that sounds like a spammer and like a crappy player going for the basket at an NBA game you're RE-JECTED! We're a really nice fun group of gamers and we just want to keep the spammers OUT.

The Owner is the only person managing the list, approving memberships and does them in batches... there is no "customary 2 day wait before complaining you didn't get approved yet". I try to do it at least once a week. Normally sooner than that. Thank you

Currently we are going through some 'straightening up' of the files. Folks who have shared their aids, characters, etc. have been asked to move them into the correct folder by August 30th. This will make it easier to find what they are looking for.
