Cosmic Mongoose
For the first time since the MGT-Aids elist started back in September of 2008, we are pleased to announce an overhaul/addition to our files area that vastly increases the list's support for the Mongoose Traveller community.
The file area folders have been broken down by setting/systems. These are:
Mongoose Traveller
Chthonian Stars
Twilight Sector.
That is right, each of these is a top-level folder with the exact same layout under each of them to hold user/player/GM created aids for that setting or system.
It is simple. If you did something specifically for Chthonian Stars, it goes in the section for that of course the appropriate topic folder.
If you did something specific for Twilight Sector, the same applies.
Everything else, including home-grown Third Imperium, goes in the Mongoose Traveller area.
This change and update was brought about by the significant differences between these two third-party settings and the core Traveller mechanic and thus are deserving of a better way to sort all of this out.
