I wasn't sure that I'd be that interested in this book, given the subject matter, but now that I've read through most of "Merchants, Traders, and Raiders" I really, really like it. I'm especially happy that each new ship has an accompanying illustration. Even the personalities chapter has a picture next to each character! Now this is the kind of stuff that I want to see!

Great job Mongoose Steele and everyone one else at Mongoose Publishing.

Picked up my copy yesterday. Looks really good, and is filled with ideas for a campaign, and snippets to drop into an existing campaign for flavor.
