[Mercenary] Personal Morale?

Unlike personal Morale (see earlier in this chapter), this statistic is based partially on the skill of the unit and their faith in the commands of the force commander.

I thoroughly searched this chapter, and earlier chapters as well, but couldn't find any personal morale rules. Did I miss anything?
