Memory test DM or anyone - old rules

Military Modelling magazine from November 1979, was the start of a series "Naval Wargaming 1939-45" by Kelvin Holmes, (It used dice with coloured faces to determine hits) it certainly ran for at least 4 issues, but unfortunately I only have parts 1 & 3, does anyone have it all, or know if its available as a download anywhere, or released as a ruleset under a different name.

If your too young to know or remember then you dont need to say so ok

I believe that the rule set is Sea Power II/III. It was originally published by Superior. I believe that Alnavco still has them for sale on their site. It was a good game but way too much bookkeeping.

Doesn't ring a bell I'm afraid. I remember a series of land wargaming rules and a series on the Cod War (one of my favourite conflicts to wargame) but not that one.
