No, probably just at open day.
Not to snub mongoose, but I think that afer I buy enough boxes of MEA basic infantry to cover the basic squads, I'll fill my ranks with cheaper metals from other places as I really can't afford to buy and all mongoose MEA army.
It'll also help make my army look different.
And what Matt said was correct, the fedayeen do help eat up points and they're quite effective, the technicals are worth their value in gold with the mobility they offer, the highest mobility in the game so far. I'm sure we'll see more regular troops in the MEA in the future. Right now the MEA infantry is decently trained but not very well equipped. Plus in wave 2 the MEA get two new units instead of just one.

See, Evil, you can't complain anymore. Sure, the exchange rate works slightly in our favor for purchasing boxed sets, but we don't get any cool Mongoose events and such.

Perhaps the Mongooses (Mongeese?) can open the boxes, dump the models into a bin, and sell them individually for about $3.00 a piece? Shipped in discreet brown paper packaging of course.

Incidentally, it looks like we will have a very limited run of wave 2 box sets on Staurday as well.

Sorry to sound steamed but i cant even get Wave 1. yet you guys can get singles and wave2..... What do i get.... All your miniatures are now defunct as the SST scale is going smaller. GGGRRRRRRReeeat
