Perhaps now is the point where you explain the various symbols you use in this map. The size of the circle doesn't seem to correspond to the size of the world, some circles are big and some are small. The inner circle has phases like the phases of the Moon, what are those for?

It's just another visualization of the UWP. The size of the circle should correspond to the size of the world, ie big worlds have big circles (although small worlds don't have small circles...). The "moon phases" show the percentage of water (more blue, more water), and the outline shows whether the atmosphere is breathable.

I one time tried doing that, and tried to make the circles proportional to world sizes. With a size 10 world ten times the size of a size 1 world, it just didn't work, I would need rather big hexes, the large worlds would crowd out the space I need in the hex for everything else!

Proportional doesn't work. Constant value +x is doable, but I'm not sure how I actually solved it - it's been some time.
