Lost Tales - What did you think? (SPOILERS!!)

Aside from the battle sequence being too short, I liked it. Especially the second part.
It's like asking: "what would you do if you see that a boy will become the next Hitler?" Do you kill him, or do you nurture his good sides? (I'm neither patient nor optimistic myself, so... KILL :twisted: )

Not exactly "spankin" or "hot", this new movie. But philosophy-wise, it's a reminder of what sets B5 apart from other sci-fi series... And yes, it was obviously constricted by budget.

Dunno. Galen seemed to surrender too easily in the end and felt...too happy that makes me think he wasn't aiming to kill Vintari in a first place(also B5 characters aren't always so straightforward

If Galen had really wanted vintari dead, he just wouldn't have told Sheridan about the whole thing.

"Confirmed, B5 control, speed is five hundred.....what the bleedin' hell?" BZAPPPP! Buddabuddabudda....

"Ah. Err....Londo is gonna be soooooo hacked off about this...."

I thought it was good. Short, but quite good. But then it is meant to be short stories. Peter Woodward, as ever, was on form with that particular brand of sarcasm he has.
"Well....I did come here to warn you about impending global devastation. I could just leave, if you'd prefer..."

And one of the other good one liners;
"My director's idea. To make sure people look at the camera. A lot."

It's been a while since general release. Does anyone know if any profit / loss figures have been released yet? It wuld be intriguing to know what the likelihood of any more installments would be.

Would have been nice to have longer space shot sequences. Not sure on the costs of such things, but given they were sparing with actors maybe just enough cash in the vault.

Awww, come on guys... If we criticize too much they'll get all pouty and refuse to make another one :wink:

I hope Minbari part will tell the story of Lennier's redemption.

Maybe slightly off topic but found something interesting. Hopefully there will be more, here is an excerpt from another thread I found which hints at more, a little:

Rant about the seemingly non-existant advertising budget and the catious approach here:

Oh yeah. Have been hoping for more news ever since I noticed that reply first time. If sales went beyond anticipation...Should mean they are more likely to produce more yes? Unless WB has GW employees doing these decisions of course...
