Jump gate: if the commercial model is unavailable, this should be a relatively easy scratch-build - in fact, you could probably do better than the model. That has the arms joined together at the back. If you use lightweight dowelling for the arms, you could stick them to a transparent disc, e.g. a large flying base. Then you just need to cut out lots of small shapes for the heat exchange panels... (Alternatively, since the model looks a bit like a TV aerial, find a suitably shaped aerial. This has the advantage that when you're not playing ACTA, you can use it as a TV aerial. )

if you're handy with casting or say instamold, I have some With Hostile Intent pods that I use as breachers...
He stopped making them and I wish he'd bring them back. They are the only other SciFi-ish pods i found beside B5s.
