Long Range Missile - January Update

Did we want to make this missile ignore the -6 for Distant range launches then? It's kind of a gloss-over choice right now. Thoughts?

I like the idea of removing this or at least cutting it to -3. It's not a high damage weapon, and it would be logical that some of that lower warhead is its own targeting mechanisms which will get the missile to the right place.

It should be removed completely because it's designed specifically for long range and everything else in Traveller is relatively loose goose when it comes to travelling through space.
