List of Ships in traveller 2e

Is there any resource listing the ships that have appeared in various traveller 2e books

something you can quickly check what ship is were

None that I know of. I have thought about creating one myself (several times actually) and also for equipment and vehicles, but each time something comes up or I just realize I’m too lazy :/

But I agree it would be a handy tool.

Ok, assume I do get around to write something down, what would be the preferred way to sort the list?

By product? Tonnage? Alphabetically? Type? Arbitrarily, based upon which book I happen to reach for?

I actually started on a bit of a list just name jump capable or not builders tonnage tech level and what book it comes from will add in more soonish

Looks like you’re off to a great start!

One detail that might come in handy could perhaps be page references?

I can provide a list of Great Rift ships some day if that helps?

In Excel and sorting to be adjustable by all of the above. Thinking about it, a Google Docs table would be even handier.

I noticed these are only ships published by Mongoose. Any plans to add ships published by Jon Brazer Enterprises?

Hm, it does feature the Oghman Raider vom "Makergod" and some from "The Mystery of BT-SHT 365". But it lacks JTAS-publications.

Maybe a second sheet for TAS publications? And JTAS in the first sheet?

The Ones i had started to list were just the ships from books i owned the sheet is editable by anyone so people can add in more along with
data were it can be found. But i agree with AnotherDilbert it should be up on the Wiki just haven't gotten around to it
