The basics are these will become the Celts of the later age when they combine with the Cimmerians.
They follow Danu who is the goddess of the Tuatha De Dananns( I think it means peoples of the earth goddess Danu) in Irish and Welsh myth and a variation of Nuadha of the Silver Arm( again Irish and welsh Celt). All who are under Druids.

The Goddess Danu becomes known as a combination of the Brigintia, Meave( Mabd) and Ceridwen who. Crom 'Lord of the mound' becomes a deity of Blood.
Manaan Mac Lir comes under the same Pantheon eventually.

Basically the portayal in Conan is a savage style of Goddess worshippers which the way they are described are very like the Vendhu out of the film '13th Warrior' the only difference is they are led by Druids.

Personally the films portrayal of Danu worshippers as bone gnawing primitives is a terrible version but the film is good enough to let that go IMHO. Let me know if you want some more info.
