League Fleet Advice needed

The most obvious advice is wait until the new release. Aside from that,,,, I just got turned on to this game at a recent convention and I love it. My fleets/armies tend to be what I can get cheap and a few planned things.

I was able to get cheap, a Vree Xill and a Brakiri Tashkat. I'm currently considering a Abbai Lakara I spotted for a good price on E-bay.

Any good suggestions on what I should plan?

Oh, I also have a pair of EA Tethys Cutters. I bought them a long time ago (hint, they have HEX bases) to use with BFG as system defense monitors.

[Fluff: They were bought as surplus from EA by a minor race of the League and then donated to the combined fleet as their race's contribution to the common defense.----it sounds good anyway]

Some Drazi Warbirds would be nice.(Skirmish level)
Brakiri Ikorta (Skirmish).
PakMaRA Urikal. (Raid).
Basically whatever League ships u can find cheap should do the trick nicely.

This is weird. Remember I said I bought 2 Tethys a long time ago to use with BFG? I was digging into my BFG bits bag and came up with 4 Centauri Haven patrol boats.

I guess a different minor League race bought them as surplus from the Centauri.

I painted a Bimith in Pak'Mara colors and use it as the warlevel choice due to the size of it. I also took a few Hermes and gave them Pak colors as well but using the Ikorta rules.
