Laser Bays

I've been thinking of two new 50-ton weapon bays mounting lasers. Both are heavier variants of the turreted lasers.

EDIT #2: I'm not very happy with the lower-end laser of these tables (Pulse in the first and Beam in the second), as it has the same damage as a heavier turreted laser (Beam in the first and Pulse in the second, respectively) at a higher cost. Perhaps a higher rate of fire (two or three attacks per round) - the effect of multiple lasers - would make up for that?

I like that idea. So, how do you handle them? Like automatic firearms (say, Auto 6)?

Exactly, instead of rewriting them from the ground up I figured that they felt better as autos. I was thinking Auto 4 though.
