Has anyone received there order of klingon f5w yet. Ive had my preorder in since nov.

All F5W pre-orders were dispatched some time ago - drop me a line at msprange@mongosepublishing.com and we'll sort you out.

third email sent and still not sorted out.

Can you contact Kelly George at Customer service, cancel the order, and get them from ADB? Stuff like this is why I no longer order direct from Mongoose, nor do pre-orders.

Thanks bill I am going to follow suit. It appears that even pre-ordering doesn't guarantee timing receipt of product. Though ADB doesnt always have the stock I'll just start to wait until they do. These issues have destroyed my playing circle and im pretty much down to myself in a collector, hobby mode for the mini's.

newbie-question, but are there any differences between the f5 and the f5w-modell? on the pics i can't see any differences. :?:

Issue resolved.

Models on their way to you right now!

Just to let everyone know, Archon's issues caused me to have a long, hard look at what is happening for US mail order customers, and we will be making some changes - I'll post on the main CTA forum what we are doing once everything is in place (just need to get Salute out of the way first).

The F5W is about 1/4" wider, and the back of the bulb on the Boom is larger. It also appears that the E4 deckhouse was mistakenly put on the F5W, instead of the F5 deckhouse, but most people won't really notice it that much.

I differentiate my F5Ws by painting them in bare metal like my D5, D5W hulls.

Are you running into the same problems which Atheist Shoes are having?

http://www.atheistberlin.com/study

I like that study :)

We'll make a proper announcement a little later on, but wanted to give everyone on this thread a heads up...

By the end of this month, all mail orders and most customer service duties will be moved to our main UK office. This will greatly speed up our response times, and allow our chaps in Ohio to focus purely on what they are best at - manufacturing great new miniatures for your tabletops!

Good to hear. :D Will this impact shipping costs?

Right, we'll make a formal announcement next week but, as some of you will have already seen, we have started shipping US orders from here in the UK.

As things stand, we will _not_ be altering the postage costs to the US, so this system will be much faster and not cost you any extra.

Also, by the end of next week (Royal Mail willing!), we will have a priority express service to the US (the same we have for Australia right now), which will shave another couple of days off the delivery time.

It will be almost like we are only just down the street :)

That sounds very good. So the change is fully effective as of?

Ah, now, this is where it gets complicated :)

As of right now, if you put an order through from the US or Canada, it will come to us here in the UK and be fulfilled by us.

We are getting a HUGE restock next week (and, to be honest, we are pretty good for stock all round here at the moment - though you Americans have sunk us on Mars Battleships this week already :)), but it will take about a week and a half for us to be properly balanced on stock, to the extent where I will confidentially claim 99% of all orders will get turned around in 24 hours. Right now call it 92%.

However, it does not stop there. Resin production will come over to the UK starting next week (will take a couple of weeks to get up to speed, covers mainly Dredd vehicles and Victory at Sea ships - the latter of which will have the flood gates opened in terms of new minis over the next 2-3 months).

Book production is also coming to the UK, with our first delivery of new books arriving on Monday. Again, will take 1-2 weeks to get properly up to speed but, as I said, we are already pretty good for stock (the odd Traveller title aside, but they are first in line for new printings over here).

So, a lot of changes, but everything goes towards giving you guys a much faster service.

Oh, just don't expect too much mail order activity tomorrow as we prepare for Salute - things will be going out, just not huge numbers :) The soon-to-be-normal service will resume/start on Monday.

So the metal ACTA:SF minis will continue to be made in the Ohio facility, and shipped over to you guys in the UK, who will then ship them wherever they need to go?
