Cool looking ship. What's its intended purpose?

One big issue with your stat sheet. The bridge states "DM -1 to initiative", due to the smaller than standard bridge size.
The DM -1 is to all checks made from on the bridge. From High Guard:

Why the M-4 drive instead of a M-5 drive possible at TL-11? M-5 + R-6 would save ~10 Dt.

It's almost like the forward section should be three, or perhaps 4, decks high to accommodate the tall, slender nose section. And what about a secondary craft? It looks to be the type of ship that isn't meant for planetary landings. What about the addition of a ships boat or other smaller craft docked on dorsally like the R-type trader does?

As far as why not 5G, I did that on purpose. This ship was built in Hollis and I try designing little quirks in them based in their planet of origin. For example, all ships designed in the People's Militia of Malforge have inefficient power plants and late jump jump drives. Others I gave benefits to. Hollis, I gave it a max of a 4G grav drive. It just represents how scientist and engineers develop things differently. Same was as how GM and Ford use a V configuration in their pistons, Subaru has them opposing each other and Mazda has a rotary and doesn't use pistons at all. Each brings their own advantages and disadvantages.

It's a standard Hull and not distributed so it can enter and leave atmospheres. I actually address it entering atmospheres in the PDF, saying that pilots that fly there's tend to be a crazy lot since they have to get through a blockade and then slow down to land, meaning they tend to come in for a fast landing.
Ah, well that would fit better. Something you might want to think about is swapping common area with the cargo hold. That would put the cargo on the bottom deck and be more accessible for ground landings. As a blockade runner being able to offload or load quickly is going to be a huge benefit.
Of course if you have a crane or antingrav lift then you can move cargo from the ground up. You might want to add a wall showing a compartment for cargo, which would allow you to open it up without depressurizing the whole deck area.

I like it! stat wise its similar to the blockade runner I desgined for my Drinax campaign. The one that comes with the campaign is TL15 with only M3 and R3 drives. I dropped it to a TL11 design that would better fit in the dustbelt. Cheaper and faster than the TL15 design. With a lot less cargo room, of course. Can’t out run missiles, however. Total thrust of 8 with the booster going.
Might use this instead. It’s a little quirky, which is fun.

After a few DB errors on DTRPG I was able to get a copy. At just a $1 it's quite inexpensive. Here's my review:
Overall the download is 6 pages - 3 dedicated to the ship (1 page for description, one page for the stats, one page for the 3D layout). The other three pages consist of the cover (front and pack) and the title page.
The ships description provides locations for a setting, from where the ship was designed (and why), where it was built and why it was needed. It's nice to see some ship history as part of the description since it provides more of a feel of the how & why it came into being. Something I think most classes benefit from.
Most of the rest of the page goes on to describe the flight characteristics of the ship, and blockade runners in general. One thing I think provides more flavor for (but it isn't covered by the rules) is the inability of the grav plates to handle the increased acceleration of the reaction thrusters. To the best of my knowledge MGT has no upper limit on what grav plates are capable of as far as thrust settings. And there is no benefit being derived from the ship, such as reduced power consumption or cheaper components, to reflect this. And also no real description on why the ship has this fault. I think it would have beneficial to add a little more ship flavor to justify such a thing, such as the ship class is built with lower-quality parts due to parts shortages/decisions and that some captains upgrade the plating to standard as soon as they can (perhaps with a cost?), while others prefer to "feel their ship fly", and don't. Thus there is a reason for people to accept the 7G acceleration (which would really suck for any length of time - especially for people who had no experience with high G maneuvers!). Quirks are fine, but I find it nice to better understand they why and how of the quirk.
The final paragraph talks about the hold and the ships power. Like many ships built to a specific function, it lacks enough power to run all of its systems simultaneously. The author calls out the addition of low berths and how if they are installed the ship has insufficient power for all it's systems. Certainly a critical choice for most captains if they are running to get to the 100D jump limit.
For the price it's a nice add to your collection. Even if you discard the non-ship description pages, it's only $.33/page. You can barely get a cup of coffee these days for that amount. Since it was a PDF I'm not sure why the page count was limited to just six. A second page, to provide more details and description would have been a great addition. Hopefully the next ship will go this route.
