ISA Fleet Box

Just an odd question. On the Mongoose site, the ISA fleet box lists 36 starfuries. Are these all the older type, or half T-bolts? I would assume that print would mean 36 older units. But it seems odd since each VCD carries 3 older, and 3 t-bolts.
Just looking for confirmation, so when I place my order, I know if I need to order a few blisters of T-Bolts.

Best way is get the bilista of 4 flights of 'bolts just to make up the numbers as well as the Minbari fighters for the white stars
