ISA Allies

A dispute has come up in the campaign I'm playing regarding the ISA use of allies.

Can the ISA pick from multiple allied fleet lists in the same battle?

For example, could an ISA player field fighting a Five Point Raid field an Artemis and a Ka'Toc (together = 1 Raid Point) as long as the other four points are fielded from the ISA list (4 White Stars for example)?

According to SFOS yu can pick allies from "£one" of the fleet lists given, so no Artemis Ka'Toc combos.

Surprising given the army of light, precurser of the ISA, almost never deployed that way. Would have though otherwise but your right.

I guess the reasoning is that the ISA help each member state to defend its borders. So a fleet will generally consist of White Stars, plus ships from the race being defended.
