I was the person chatting to gamerdude (Al Beddow) in that conversation - he was the author. It was a few years ago and if you read the post he was informing us of significant health issues for himself and family. Although the message was positive that it was still going to be published, we haven’t heard anything since. I really don’t know if we can assume anything but I don’t think it is happening. I’d like to see it, obviously.
