Ipsha and Lumati?

I don't see any other threads about the new ships: Ipsha War Globe and the Lumati Transport.

Who are the Lumati? Is this a new race or another "special" ship like the Warglobe and First Ones?

Did we ever see either ship in the series? Who are they?

(700th post ... I need a life : :? )

The Lumati are best remembered for Ivanova's unique mating with their ambassador
Also they were preparing to join the ISA near the end of Season 5.
They were full members for LOTR.

the lumati are the people who think themselves superior and ivanova convinced to have sex earth style, which the lumati not knowing what that was agreed, and obviously it wasnt sex.
the ipsha sometimes show up in the army of light fleets.

the scene you refer to with the Lumati was quite possibly one of the most cringe worthy moments of TV, and is fondly remembered for that

I think people find it hard to place the Ipsha as they were not really mentioned in the show (that I can recall). We certainly dont see them fight, please let me know if I am wrong.

Fingers crossed the Ipsha will get a full feet; if the War Globe is anything to go by there is potential for a great set of minis which would be a crime to leave as a single Mini.

I was amazed the Lumati actor managed to keep a straight face with Claudia Christian prancing about and all that :D

It was probably take 237, and he was thoroughly bored of it!

Yeah, and the poor old bugger would die of a heart attack.

Dead Pavarotti in a thong. Now there's an image. :(

hey the guy is seriously ill in hospital it's a bit cruel to make those jokes, he has to be dead 22.3 years first

he passed away last night... appologies to all for my inappropriate remark, didnt know he was in a bad way.

Indeed, I too wish to add my apologies, I was unaware that Pavarotti was even ill when I made my (in hindsight poorly timed) jest.

My condolences to his family and friends.
