Improved Feint

As I understand it (from another post)

My guy with improved feint can make the bluff check as a move action and then make the attack if successful.

What are the ramifications of missing the bluff check? I don't have my book in front of me, but can't remember there being one...Does it open oneself up defensively?

The only penalty is wasting a Move action.

Keep in mind that a 5' step does not have to be a Move Action.
