Illegal use of Lone Wolf content?

I posted this over in Project Aon as well, but these forums seem to get a little more traffic.

I troll ebay quite often to try and fill out my collection (only the elusive #28 remains) I happened upon this auction:

ebay auction

I would assume that either this is project Aon content being used for private gain or if it's not project Aon's contect, that they still do not have the rights to redistribute the pdf's of all the books? Maybe I'm wrong though and the pdf were actually sold at some point and this person could resell ones they bought.

Just thought I would bring it to someone's attention :)[/url]

Not cool to be selling someone something they can get for free at Project Aon; especially with the amount of work they've done over there to set the books up to play with the HTML script and all. I wonder if that has something to do with it being a private auction?

I've seen some stuff like this before where they're "not selling the free data", they're selling the free stuff on a CD-ROM which costs money. Still don't know if it's legal.

Glad it's been reported to Ebay, let them work it out. :)

The more people who report it, the better.

I've reported someone selling obviously copied DVDs before, the listing was removed. Whether ebay took any further action is unknown. I never heard anything further.

Report it, there is nothing to lose.

You know that you can just hit the report button and report auctions like this?

I've done so.

Ah, thanks, wasn't quite sure what the process was but I have now also reported it as well :)
