I am looking for a specific item of clothing that can be considered armor.

It is a shirt that gives a +2 DR against arrows. If an arrow hits you with it, you can gently pull the material out of the wound, and the arrow will come with it.

I do not remember the book nor the item in question. I went through all of my books and still haven't found the darn thing.

If anyone can tell me what exactly I'm looking for, in what book...

Hyrkanian silk shirt. Probably in Return to the Road of Kings, Player's Guide to the Hyborian Age, or an S&P article.

I don't remember which one I wrote it for. I'd check, but I am at work (teaching Accounting I tonight) so I don't have my books handy.
