Ideas for Battlefield Evolution minitures

Does anybody know when more BFE will be coming out? Last I heard, Mongoose was devoting more time towards Starship Troopers Evo and BFE was put on hold. Just wondering what the plan was and when I could expect to see more coming from the game. Also, has anybody had any problem with ordering BFE items from mongoose on the website?

Just in case anybody was interested, the approximate scale for third party models to be used in the BFE game is 1:72. I've looked at a couple of 1:48 aircraft models, and they just about look right-2-scale. Enjoy.

I wonder if Mongoose is going to keep USMC strickly jarheads or put out a line for other services such as Army Rangers and Special Forces, Air Force aircraft and Navy SEALS? Although getting a Battleship would be cool - you could use one table for the Battleship while yer playing on another.

I would totally buy a giant battleship!!

If they made it to scale, it would make a great play area for "Under Siege" scenarios!

Seriously though I'd like to see a Harrier for Europe and a JSF for the US. VOTL and VOSTL planes have serious potential in the BE system.

Also some European forces for my Brits to bomb... sorry work with. Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys or Krauts I don't mind either way.

Look in the past issues of "Signs and Portents" online magazine, wargamer editions - issues 46,47,48, and 49 - it has data cards for third party models that can be used for the game.

LANDROVERS!! The cool SAS support ones. MG's and 50 Cals or a milan missile. It would kick ass!

but yes Ireland's defence force uses the Scorpion in the 1st Armoured Cavalry Squadron
