I thought I was set, but nope

Well I bought my stuff from this site because it says that the stuff is in stock. Linky http://www.ccgarmory.com/catoarstflma.html

So I make my payment in January. I get a message saying that the stuff will ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
??????? It says right there on the site In stock ready to be shipped.

I got the Klingon boxed set, but the book and the fed boxed set I ordered was not with it. I call today, and they tell me that they don't have it. I told them that it says its in stock and ready to ship on their site. Then I told them I want a refund. I paid 20.99 for each item. I get a refund today for 41.00. Hrm kick me if I am wrong, but 20.99 + 20.99 does not equal 41.00.

I go to their site, and they drop the price to $20.50 instead of $20.99 today. When I talked to the guy today earlier on the phone he told me he was going to give me a partial payment back on the shipping. Never recieved that, also it still says IN STOCK READY TO SHIP on there (add swear word) site.

I really did not care about the price in January when I orded this, I just wanted to jump into playing and getting stuff for it. Yes getting them cheaper was a nice bonus, but I wanted to just get the stuff. The whole situation with this company just gets me pissed. Especially since its like they got pissed at me or something because I asked for a refund after waiting 4 weeks when it says on there site that its in stock and ready to be shipped. To add insult to injury they lowered the price so I would get a dollar less lol.

Ohh well rant mode over. I am going to the warstore like normal to buy stuff that I want. At the time they did not have the miniatures, but they did have the book. The site I linked had it all so I said ok I am going to buy from there so I can get it all at one time.

So much for hoping. Still says they have this stuff in stock. A little misleading?????

I got the book from amazon thru mongoose and it came on time- might try there-

I tried to order from them, but wanted to talk to a human being to confirm that they had physical product on the shelf before ordering. I left phone messages for 2 days because no one ever would answer the phone. I said frack this and went elsewhere.

2 days after that, I get an email saying no they don't have it in stock despite their website saying in stock...bunch of liars.

Ya it is still the same after telling them on the phone about it. That is quite misleading to people since they are doing this to people when they know that there not in stock. Very dishonest.

Ohh well people remember things, and word of mouth is the best advertisement.

It's not uncommon - got almost the exact same problem with a UK shop - not for Mongoose products, I might add - but on 2 separate occasions they had stock listed on their site that they subsequently told me they a) - actually didn't have and b) - couldn't get any more from their suppliers. I won't be shopping there at any time!
