A GM I know wants to know how to cope with the greatest luck she's ever know that was 100% legit and is in A Planetary Ruling Noble based Campaign and The Solo player made 3 rolls for the 3 years away setting up a deal that'l net him at least 1 4th of a billion Cr before costs and taxes and at least 17 100's of a billion Cr after costs and taxes every 5 years and the dice where 2 10's +5's to increase his 2 Cr 10,000,000 businesses to Cr 15,000.000 then 2 double 6's in a row to increase the players Cr 50 million estate to A Cr 120 million estate or A Cr 75 million portfolio, with another item worth Cr 5 million that wasn't effected, that nets his character Cr 425 grand a month to 1 worth Cr 155 million that nets him 647.5 grand a month and all thanks to the greatest natural luck she claims to have seen in her close to 62 years of life. How do I tell her to handle A Pc Baron that earns more in 1 month then her Traveller Universes King Oleb has earned in just under 18 years

Look at the real world for inspiration.
Google multimillionaires and billionaires.
Do the same on Wikipedia.

Even the emperor has challenges that can make interesting adventures. A high noble will face mostly diplomatic adventures unless called for duty as an admiral or general in wartime. A very wealthy person can undertake personal adventures if business ventures can be trusted to managers, and nobles can do the same if ministers can be trusted to do the real administration.

What is their Social Status? Are they rich or a High Noble? If a High Noble, they might be in charge of a County or Sub-Sector of the Imperium. Now you can get into the internal politics of that region. Not everyone will want to play nice with everyone else.

Money becomes unimportant in this type of a game. The Character can buy whatever they reasonably need. So let them. Laws and rules will keep them from running around in Battle Dress, but having a squad of relatively heavily armed and armored group of body guards is no big deal. BUT, so will all their opponents...

Use the MGT1 book Nobles as a guide - there is some good info on high SOC games there.
