How Big is your Stateroom?

Time for some Traveller Metaphysics, how big is the stateroom that the character that exists in you occupy?

Pondering this question while dressing after a shower, I realized the Stateroom I occupy on the Scout Ship Whispers in the Dark is only about a ton in size. As this is a passenger space the crew shares a Fresher, though the nominal "Captain's Cabin" has a half sized fresher.

As a reference, each of the three floors of my 'stateroom' is 4.6 x 9.1 x 2.4 meters for a grand total of 301 cubic meters or 22 dtons or 5.6 ship staterooms. Sitting here now, that's a lot of space! Size of a Launch.

I didn't include my office, kitchen or workshop, just the specific area that my bead and personal effects occupy.

My Office, read starboard Bridge workstation, is about a ton.

The kitchen and associated Lounge/ mess is about 10 tons.

A passenger stateroom aboard our Enkidu-class Liners are typically 8' tall with about 128 square feet in floorplan. About two tons. Some staterooms are "odd-lot" sizes or have interesting wall-join angles, and some have portholes.

Crew staterooms range from two tons for officers, to one ton niches for juniors, to bunks for military ratings or middies.
